La Policía de Seguridad en el Capitolio poseía la información sobre los disturbios antes que estos sucedieran como fue el desenlace brutal de este miércoles 6 de enero.
Sin embargo, sólo pidió que la Guardia Civil norteamericana se destinara por un centenar al ordenamiento del tránsito en las inmediaciones del gran edificio tomado por los adeptos de Trump.
El llamamiento realizado por el todavía presidente de EEUU, el joyero Donald Trump, se hizo en un acto desde Georgia y junto a su hijo en las redes sociales, incitó a la toma del Capitolio a todos sus electores para evitar la derrota aplastante frente al líder demócrata y presidente electo Joe Biden.
A todo esto, la irrupción violenta no sólo al semicírculo del Capitolio, sino a la Cámara de Representantes y a los despachos de los Congresales, marcó en la historia de EEUU, un hito sobre la grave crisis institucional que se instaló en la era Trump, en un EEUU cuya estructura cruje debajo de los antiguos estamentos del voto calificado que también dejó a vistas claras, ser el peor sistema electoral del mundo.

Por otra parte, en el llamamiento a la toma del Capitolio y a la interrupción de la tarea final de dar por ganador a Biden, quedó de manifiesto la caída de los REPUBLICANOS como fuerza electoral, siendo ya en la crítica de los propios, Donald Trump, el autor de la desaparición del partido que por años representó a la otra cara de la moneda bipartidista de un sistema electoral hecho para que nada cambie en una EEUU cuya derecha es menos severa si se denomina demócrata o más severa si se identifica como Republicana. Esta lógica pendular sufrió un drástico quiebre con el discurso de Donald Trump desde Georgia con el que unificó a sus opositores en el sector Demócrata, convirtiéndose el mismo como el refugio de la República mansillada por los caprichos dictatoriales de un mal perdedor electoral. El pacto entre PRESIDENTES que había distinguido a una monolítica historia institucional e imperial en EEUU, quedó por completo superada al ser Trump considerado el traidor del orden y la paz social que le costará mucho recuperar a la sociedad estadounidense.

Finalmente, en una acción impensada para el país del norte, llegó la restricción de circulación en el territorio tras que las autoridades desalojaran el Capitolio de los EE.UU. y lo calificaron como “seguro” después de que manifestantes a favor de Trump ingresaran durante el conteo de los votos del Colegio Electoral para certificar el triunfo de Joe Biden; la sesión fue suspendida.

Una mujer recibió un disparo durante los disturbios y murió horas después. Tras la irrupción, Joe Biden señaló que “la democracia está bajo un asalto sin precedentes” y Donald Trump pidió a sus seguidores “irse a casa en paz”.
Se decretó un toque de queda en Washington DC desde las 18:00 de este miércoles hasta la madrugada del jueves.

Al cierre de la presente edición, la policía informó el arresto de por lo menos una decena de personas con cargos que incluían posesión de armas y municiones, agredir a un oficial de policía y poseer una pistola paralizante.
